Menna 在威爾斯西部郊區出生長大，並且一直在當地唸到高中畢業。之後，她前往威爾斯的阿布瑞斯特維斯大學（Aberystwyth University）就讀，取得戲劇和威爾斯語的學士學位後，轉往威爾斯的班戈大學（Bangor University），在那裡完成社區發展學的碩士學位。目前，她在確斯特大學（Chester University）深造，攻讀神經語言程序學的學士學位。她的母語是威爾斯語。

Menna 之前的工作經驗包括在北威爾斯擔任駐派於英國國會的威爾斯黨代表 Dafydd Wigley 的個人助理、房屋協會的開發協調助理，以及課後輔導專案的開發專員。

目前，她在 Antur Waunfawr 擔任總裁，帶領組織內一般員工與具有學習障礙的員工總共 115 人。這個機構裡面的各單位都用威爾斯語溝通，大部分的員工都是以威爾斯語為母語，不過大家多半也都會說英語。她在 Antur Waunfawr 的職責包括發展資本計畫、社會企業以及合夥專案，這些計畫與專案包括家具和服飾的回收再生銀行、居家照護以及花園／咖啡廳以及手工藝品店等企業。目前，組織的營收已經達到兩百萬英鎊（約合新台幣九千六百萬左右），但是因為英國政府目前預算緊縮，許多部門都面臨補助金遭大幅裁減的情形，這對組織能夠提供的服務項目以及個人所能得到的福利都有重大的影響。Antur Waunfawr 如今所面對的第一要務就是達成財務上的永續力，並且不斷創新，以度過難關。

Menna 是以社會企業型態經營的文化藝術機構“Galeri Caernarfon”的董事會成員，也是組織“Menter a Busnes”的成員之一，這是個專門提供威爾斯地區新興企業相關訓練與支援的社會企業。Menna 非常積極參與威爾斯地區的社會企業活動，也很努力幫助成立支援網絡。

Menna was brought up and educated in rural West Wales, and attended Aberystwyth University in Wales graduating with a BA Hons. in Drama and Welsh, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Community Development at Bangor University, Wales.  She is currently undertaking an Neuro Linguistic Programme BA course at Chester University.  She is a native Welsh speaker.

Previously she worked as personal secretary for Dafydd Wigley, Member of UK Parliament for Plaid Cymru in North Wales; as Development Co-ordinator for a Housing Association; and Development Officer for After School Care Projects.

She is currently Chief Executive for Antur Waunfawr and employs a total of 115 people with and without learning disabilities. The organisation is run throught the medium of Welsh and most workers are first language Welsh speakers, but also speak English. Her work at Antur has included the development of capital projects, social businesses and partnership projects including recycling and re-using furniture and clothes banks, home care and garden/café and craft enterprises.  The turnover of the organisation is now £2m but all sectors in the UK are facing severe public funding cuts  which will target both funding for services and individuals’ benefits.  Antur is focusing on financial sustanability and creativity through this difficult time.

She is a Board Member of Galeri, Caernarfon, a cultural arts centre set up as a social enterprise, and also a member of Menter a Busnes, a social enterprise that provides training and support for new Welsh businesses.  She is actively invovled in promoting more social enterprises in Wales and setting up support networks.

Haydn 在威爾斯西北部近海小鎮 Porthmadog 出生長大。他在 Ysgol Eifionydd Secondary School 唸高中的時候，得到了一份足球獎學金，前往美國俄亥俄州格蘭特河大學（University of Rio Grande）就讀，主修歷史與威爾斯研究。取得學士學位後，選擇繼續在格蘭特大學深造，成為專攻課堂教學的教育碩士。

畢業後，Haydn 在俄亥俄州確希爾郡一所名為 Guiding Hand 的特殊教育學校任教，同時也受雇於蓋里亞郡的發展障礙委員會，擔任特殊教育專家。
旅居美國 13 年之後，Haydn 和妻子 Jane 以及兩個兒子 Gruff 和 Cai 於 2007 年舉家遷徙至威爾斯。如今，全家人都能說流利的威爾斯語。
也就是在 2007 年，Haydn 開始在 Antur Waunfawr 工作，那些日子，他在組織裡的每個職位都服務過了，也因此學到了許多寶貴的經驗。目前，他在 Antur Waunfawr 的家具回收再生中心 Warws Werdd 擔任專案經理，同時也負責管理 Antur 的紡織品與服飾專案。

Haydn was raised in the coastal town of Porthmadog in the north west of Wales. Having attended Ysgol Eifionydd Secondary School, Haydn gained a football and education scholarship to attend the University of Rio Grande, Ohio, U.S.A where he completed his undergraduate degree in History and Welsh Studies. He continued his studies at the University of Rio Grande by completing a Masters of Education in Classroom Teaching.

After graduating, Haydn began teaching at the Guiding Hand Special Needs School in Cheshire, Ohio and then worked as a Habilitation Specialist for the Gallia County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
Having spent 13 years in the U.S, Haydn along with his wife Jana and their two sons Gruff and Cai, returned to Wales in 2007. All now are fluent Welsh speakers.
Haydn began working at Antur Waunfawr in 2007 and has gained valuable experience working in all departments of the company during this time. Currently he is Project Manager of the Warws Werdd, Antur Waunfawr’s furniture re-use project and is also managing Antur’s textile and clothing project.
